    Join Small Moments for a back-to-school playgroup at Clubhouse Wellness, where grieving children and their caregivers can connect with other families who understand. Enjoy donuts, playtime, and meaningful conversation in a welcoming space as everyone gears up for the school year ahead with a little extra support and community! All ages welcome!

    $700 per foursome / $175 per golfer

WE RAISED $61,605!

Our annual golf outing raises money for Small Moments and honors the life and legacy of Michael Louis DiTore.
This day is meant to share Mike’s story of the courage he showed in the face of brain cancer, to honor the amazing husband and dad he was, and to raise money for children impacted by the loss of a parent or sibling to cancer.
